The Fail Suit: Heroism Shimmers

The year is 1964. The place, a small town in Illionois called Markdale. Markdale was once a quaint little '50s esque place, where anyone could peacfully live. Sadly, that's all changed, ever since the Fail Suit arrived. What it is, and where it came from is unkown. A group of men who wear suits and visit children in the night, commanding them to do frightening and harrowing deeds. At least, that's what the rumors say. They are never seen, except by children. Only a few children have claimed to see them though.

What their goal are is unkown. Most children seem to think they work together as a collective, but that is not the case. Fail Suit operatives themselves have said that they do not like eachother. All that is known about them is that they are real, and they are frightening. Ever since the Fail Suitcame, another group has emerged, the Emancipators. A group of anarchistic teens and children, hell bent on bringing all authority in the town down. They claim to not have a leader(as anarchy is to be without a leader),but they couldn't be so organized witout a leading power. How many children of Markdale are part of the Emancipators is unkown.

Then something else happened. Other children started dressing like superheroes, and started fighting the Emancipators. These "heroes" are not part of a group, they're simply individual children and teens wanting to protect Markdale.

Heroes and Emancipators only come out at night. You, as a player, will have to decide which side to be on.

Bio:

Name: Marcus Darksmith

Age: 14

Gender: Male

Personality: A good hearted boy, who was one of the first Heroes. He's not too great at making friends, but he never gets in fights in school.

Side: Heroes

Abilities: He can climb buildings and other objects very well. He is also siled academically, being good in math, science, and English.

Weapons or clothing: Wears glasses. When playing his superhero part, he wears a white hoodie, andkeeps the hood up. No weapons, just gloves to help protect his hands.

Bio: Marcus has lived in Markdale all of his life. He was visited by a Fail Suit operative a few months ago, named Mr. Shimmers. Mr. Shimmers, who appeared frankly insane, told him that he had to be the hero of the town. marcus agreed, and now every few nigts he watches over the town, in his new hero persona, the Angel of Markdale.

Name: Seayn O'Donoghue...... Get off of my back.

Age: 16

Gender: Male

Personality: A kind-hearted boy who had problems controlling his anger when he was younger. He tends to make friends well, with all groups but doesn't seem to fit completely in with anyone.


Side: Heroes

Abilities: He is quite a bit stronger than what his appearance or age should let him be, he is smart, and he can heal slightly faster than regular people.

Weapons or clothing: No weapons. He wears a red t-shirt and blue jeans. When he has to be a hero, he wears a red hoody and a pair of black jeans, the hood up.

Bio: Seayn moved to Markdale when he was 15, his mother and father moving to a new town for a fresh start. He helps out the town occasionally.

Sorry, but you couldn't have met a Fail Suit Operative. Other than that, good character and accepted, just make that small change.

Name: Veldrin Dreux

Age: 17

Gender: Male

Personality: He believes there must be order, and he will do anything it takes to attain this again for the city. He is normally calm, and seems un-caring of the world around him. Veldrin doesn't make friends unless he is going to use them.

Side: Heroes

Abilities: Smart, manipulative, and very dextrous

Weapons or clothing: Black boots, black jeans, dark blue t-shirt, black trench coat. When he does the hero stuff he wears a dark blue masky type thing with black fingerless gloves, and a long sleeved dark blue shirt(He doesn't wear his trench coat at this point). He has a combat knife from his father. He is very handsome with black long hair, and piercing green eyes.....he is very pale.

Bio: Veldrin moved to the town when he was 6 years old, his father apart of the army. On Veld's 13th birthday, his father gave him his first combat knife, sharp enough to cut a pinaple in half in mid-air. His mother loved him, until she died when he was fifteen. He feels like there must be order in the city, it can not be set into chaos, he will do anything to keep order. Veldrin attempts to help the city in anyway he can. He is refered to as: The Black Knight.

Name: Tom Jankon

Age: 18

Gender: male

Personality: Tom is a haunted teen; he is quick to anger, and un-forgiving. His parents died when he was young so he was shaped into a hateful individual. The only thing he cares about is defeating crime, his old life is meaningless.



Side: Heroes

Abilities: Tom can climb buildings, and jump on roof tops with great skill. He is also very intelligent and cunning. He is well versed in Taekwondo, Jujutsu, and street fighting. He is fast and has incredible agility.

Weapons or clothing: Tom's suit is jet black, and grey. His main suit covers his face, body, arms and legs. He wears dark grey, gloves and boots. Each glove has a thin blade that pop's from the wrist. When not in his costume he usually wears a black hoodie, blue jeans or black jeans and black boots.

Appearance: Long black hair, Native American looking, tanned skin. Un-shaven face, haunted look, leans, but very muscular looking.

Bio: His parents were lawyers on the Indian reservation near Markdale. His life started good, as a small boy growing up on the reservation. But it all ended one night in a terrible fire. After his parent's mysteries death Tom was haunted with terrible dreams of flames. Tom move's to Markdale with his father's best friend John. John was a loner ex-lawyer who was not a very good parent to Tom. Tom grew up into a problem child; he fought often in school, and assaulted a police officer. When Tom grew older he spent most of his day's on the street, fighting other teens like him. One night, Tom ventured into a dark alley way, and was confronted by a man wearing a dark suit, and glasses. The man informed Tom that the fire had been intentional and that his parents had been murdered, because of their radical work to save the environment. The man disappeared into the shadows leaving Tom in a strange state. Tom dedicated his life to defeating criminals like those he assumed murdered his parents. He took many martial art classes and excelled in all of them. Once Tom turned 18 he was able to take control of the large fortune his parents left behind. He moved away from John, and bought his own apartment. He then spent many months developing his crime fighting identity, after much time, and money. He had a custom suit built for him, and a new identity. He called his new hero Black Talon. Black Talon became the hero in the shadows, slowly defeating Emancipators and other criminals; he uses the fire of revenge to defeat all of his enemies. Tom excelled in history class, and he decided maybe when he was older, and his heroism was finished he might become a history teacher. Tom is sometimes merciless with his enemies; he has been known to drop them off high buildings.

Hope this is all okay; it took me a long time to write this character. I am also currently drawing my character, and I will post a picture of him sometime.

Thanks but don't be fooled, I did not make this up on the spot,this is a character me and my father created for the comic book we were going to publish (and hopefull will someday). With a minor few changes to fit him into this story, I just re-wrote his bio and stuff.

Abilities: Fist Fighter, quite strong, thats it

Weapons or clothing: He is commonly seen wearing a Green and black flannel hoodie with black jeans and faded black engineer boots, when is is up to mischief he wears the same but with a black bandana around his nose and mouth, during the day he goes unarmed but whenever he is doing "naughty things:P" he has a crow-bar that has been spray painted black.

Bio: Richie is not very smart he failed most of his subjects at school and was punished quite harshly by his father, his mother is an alcoholic and a drug addict, she neglected ritchie and abided his regular beating he took from his father..2 years ago ritchies father died so ritchie has no rules and no one to keep him in check he does what he wants when he wants...
