Inks new idea (first idea of an RP so dont laugh if its shit)

Okay so its modern times and were in a big city like sydney
now the government is violent and bad etc etc
but there is A under ground cell of activists who fight against the police now
the police would be kinda like the vampires in flex's RP
and the activists would be like the lycans

kinda...the activists use like molitov coctails and IED's with only a few firearms
the police used there weapons aswell as tear gas

but i would take longer to name all the areas and the different factions but do you think its possible to become a RP? if not tell me so i can change what ever is shithouse
