Darkness of Slythnar: RP sign up and discussion

Welcome to the city of Slythnar. It is a bustling city full of darkness and corruption. Within the great walls, there is a war dividing the city. Slythnar is controlled by an organization called The White Fang. The White Fang is a massive clan of evil Vampires, whose only goal in life is to have complete control over the city, and to eradicate there natural enemies. Fighting against the living dead is the lycans. The lycans or Werewolves are Vampires natural enemies and have been sense the beginning of time.
After thousands of years, of non-stop war between the races, the Vampires finally got the upper hand. The Vampires reached near victory when they killed Alkendar the leader of the lycans. The Vampires took over the city and enslaved the human citizens. The Werewolves were forced into the shadows, and over time begin rebuilding there rebel forces. A hundred years later. Now the Werewolves have an elaborate underground base that spawns under half the city. The Werewolves are slowly fighting against the Vampires for control. Which side shall you pick? The power hungry Vampires, or the Rebelling Werewolves?

Vampire district: The Vampire district is where all of the Vampires live. Only Vampires are allowed access to this area. In the center of this massive district is The White Tower.

Wealthy District: The Wealthy district houses all of the city’s rich citizens. Mostly well of humans, and few Vampires who chose to live here instead of the Vampire district.

Commercial and recreation District: The Commercial District is where all business is held. Also the recreation of the entire city is in this district.

The ghetto: The ghetto is a vast and one of the largest districts of the city. It is filled with the working class citizens of Slythnar. Underneath the ghetto is where the lycans have created their base.


The White Tower: The White Tower is the grand base of The White Fang. The Vampire’s master lives here along with most of them. The tower is in the northern district of town, where only the Vampires are permitted to venture. The tower has incredibly heavy defenses, and is almost impenetrable. The tower is covered with high powered guns, to shoot down enemy air ships.

The lycans base (‘The Nest’): Is deep underground Slythnar and only fellow lycans know its entrances and exits. Many entrances are hidden around the city. In abandoned houses, and warehouses mostly. The base’s entrances are heavily guarded and almost impossible for outsiders to find. Many Vampires have searched for the base, none have found it. Few even know it exists, many think it to be just myth among the Rebel lycans.

The Slayer and Forsaken base: Are both small hidden buildings in the Ghetto.

The Snakes Head Inn: Is one of the most popular Bars in Slythnar. Because of it’s strict rules about no fighting, and non discrimination between Vampires and lycans.

The Black Boar: An dangerous, dark and dirty pub where many fights break out, all kinds accepted.

The Center: The center of the city is an neutral area. Any thing and any one is allowed here. In the Center is where the court house, Jail (other than the many cells in The White Tower) and execution area are located.

The Arena: The Arena is a hulking building in the center of the city, where Vampires and Werewolves can fight for glory, and money.

The Docks: A Port that leads to the Dead Sea surrounding the borders of City Slythnar. Where incoming ships come and drop of supplies, from other cities.

The Blue Hold: The Blue Hold is the main base of the Blue Coats, although their is many different small base of operations in every district. The Blue Hold is in the center of the city.

The Court House: The Court House is where the Vampires enforce their twisted legal system upon the community.

Slythnar Refugee Hospital: It is in the center and accepts all races.

The Ancient Ones Base: The Ancient Ones, base of Operations is inside a giant Mansion, in the wealthy district.

The Blood Oaths Base: A large warehouse, for training, and missions, located in the Vampire district.



The White Fang: The White Fang is the main government of the city. They are Vampires who control the whole city, and keep the Humans in the city for sources of blood, and work. The White Fang are arch Enemies of The Bloody Stake. The White Fang’s base of operations is the White Tower. The White Fang hates humans, Werewolves, Undead, and traitor Vampires.

The Bloody Stake: The Bloody Stake is a group of Rebel lycans who wish to destroy the Vampires order and control the city themselves. Some fight for freedom, and not to be eradicated as animals, others fight for power so they will be the ultimate race of Slythnar. The Bloody Stake’s base of operation is called the ‘nest’, and is deep underground. There are Mainly Werewolves in The Bloody Stake, but there are also few, Undead, Human, and rogue Vampires who fight against The White Fang. The Bloody Stake hates only Vampires within The White Fang.

The Forsaken: The forsaken are a group of Undead, who are tired of seeing there fellows enslaved by the Vampires and sometimes lycans. The Forsaken Hates humans, lycans, and Vampires. The Foreskin’s Base is an abandoned building in the Ghetto.

The Slayers: The Slayers are a group of human’s who want to destroy the Vampires order, and kill all Vampires, lycans and Undead. The Slayers base of Operations is a warehouse hidden in the Ghetto. The leader of The Slayers is simply dubbed Slayer, but his real name is Slarn Kruknal.

The Ancient Ones (non playable now): The Ancient Ones, are a group of Neutral Vampires, that chose not to fight in the war, but only fight if needed to protect their clan. Most of the members are incredibly old. Some Ancients that are know to still be living in the mansion are Unknown also known as Mr. Unknown, Cloud, Shadow, Venom, No Name, Darkness, and the Ancient.

The Blue Coats: The Blue Coats are the law enforcement of Slythnar, they are made up of mostly humans, but there are some exceptions. The Blue Coats try to stop the violence and keep it in check in the city, though many are corrupt and are paid off by both sides. The members wear blue power armor, and use high powered weapons. The leader of The Blue Coats is Max Organtro.

The Blood Oaths: The Blood Oaths are a fraction of The White Fang. They are Senthrnar's right hand elite guards, and assassins.



Necromancer: Necromancer’s are skilled Summoner of Undead. They can enslave Undead or chose to have them fight along side of them. Undead cannot be Necromancers.

Assassin: Perfect and silent killers. Assassins don’t kill for glory, or for gore, but simply to get the job done as accurately and easily as possible. Can use almost anything as a weapon.

Soldier: Soldiers are warriors who are proficient in all types of guns.

Infantry: High powered armored, suicide mission guys.

Sniper: Expert Sniper.

Berserker: Crazy rage using warriors.




Senthrnar: The First Vampire ever, created by the semi god Morgantoth to battle the lycans till they are completely destroyed. Currently resides in The White Tower.

Mawlkar: The grand son of Alkendar and the current leader of The Bloody Stakes. The only thing he cares about in the whole world is revenging his grand father and destroying the Vampires once and for all.

Relkarn: The son of Alkendar and the Werewolf that took his place after his death. Relkarn retired from his position, but before he did he was killed by traitors. Relkarn is the father of Mawlkar and was the life mate of Nenthyma, Mawlkar’s living mother.

Nenthyma: The mother of Alkendar and life mate of Relkarn, she lives in The Nest, and dose not fight against The White Fang.

Max Organtro: Max is the current leader of the Blue Coats; he is tough, unrelenting, and merciless. He usually wears his power armor in public.

Slarn Kruknal also known as Slayer: He is the current leader of the quest against Lycans, Undead, and Vampires.



In legends it is said that the world was created by the god called Slythnar. Slythnar was said to have created the land, the animals and the first being to the world, man. It is said that Slythnar bore two sons, Skrukntak and Morgantoth. The two brothers hated each other and that Morgantoth’s favorite form was that of a bat, and Skrukntak of a Wolf. The two brothers in spite of each other created beings in their image. Skrukntak created the lycans, while Morgantoth created the Vampires. The first Werewolf ever created was named Alkendar, and the first Vampire Senthrnar.
The two new creatures were both immortal (unlike the rest of the lycans) and were created to hate and fight each other. Morgantoth and Skrukntak decided to end their quarrel by which race would win the war. So Alkendar and Senthrnar the two new races started a great battle that enveloped the land for centuries. Alkendar and Senthrnar fought each other endlessly; they both brought the fight to the capital city of the whole world Slythnar, and have been there ever sense. The war raged inside the massive city walls until Alkendar was killed by a Vampire missile filled with scraps of silver. A hundred years later after his death the fight continues, and the lycans swear to revenge his death.
The reason Slythnar has not tried to save his world, is that like his sons, he also hates his brother. Slythnar’s brother Dreminkrutal is an evil being. He is jealous of all Slythnar has created, and done. Dreminkrutal’s one goal is to steal souls away from Slythnar and prove that his has brother failed. Dreminkrutal made a pact with his brother to try to destroy all Slythnar has created. The bet was that Slythnar’s world could not take care of itself without his assistance. Slythnar accepted the terms under pride, and it is now his greatest mistake. Duel wars ascend upon the city of Slythnar. A war upon his heavens and one upon its very streets.

The city is covered with a giant dome shaped invisible force field. The field protects the city from the outside world, and dose not let citizense out. Those who controll and matience the field open the top for supply air ships, to drop of supplies.



Slythnar: Slythnar is supposedly the creator of the world, and its first race man. Slythnar is worshiped by mostly humans. But many lycans and some Vampires worship him also.

Dreminkrutal: The brother of Slythnar, and like Slythnar’s children Dreminkrutal is the hated enemy of Slythnar. It is said that Dreminkrutal is the reason Slythnar stays out of the events of the world he created. Legend states that in spite and jealously of everything Slythnar created, he made a bet that Slythnar’s world would fail with out his help. Dreminkrutal is the icon of sin, evil, and death, his goal is to harbor lost and evil souls. Dreminkrutal is worshiped by evil lycans, Vampires, Humans, and some Undead.

Mlencthnar: Mlencthnar is the Mother of the Earth, said to have been created by to bare his children and watch over the land. Little is know of her or her political positions of the War that rages in the city of Slythnar or the rest of the world.



Skrukntak: Skrukntak is the younger of the two sons of Slythnar. Skrukntak is said to have chosen to look like a giant majestic wolf. Skrukntak is credited for creating the two moons, because of the strange link between them and the wolves. Skrukntak arch rival is his blood brother Morgantoth. Skrukntak created the first Werewolf, Alkendar. Skrukntak is worshiped by lycans.

Morgantoth: Morgantoth is the oldest brother of the two sons of Slythnar. Morgantoth is said to have chosen to appear as a giant Vampire bat. It is written that Morgantoth had a strange obsession with blood, and great distaste for Garlic, sunlight and holy objects. Morgantoth’s rival is his younger brother Skrukntak. Morgantoth created the first vampire Senthrnar. Morgantoth is worshiped by Vampires.


Alkendar: Alkendar is the son of Skrukntak and is the first Werewolf ever created. He waged war against the race created by Morgantoth, the Vampires. Alkendar was killed fighting against Senthrnar on the battle field.

Senthrnar: Senthrnar the son of Morgantoth, and the first Vampire ever to live. He killed Alkendar, and still lives inside The White Tower.

Churches:

Church of Slythnar: is located in the Center of the city, all races are accepted. The Church is massive, made of wood, and has many towers.

The Cult of Dreminkrutal: The Cult is located in the Slums, in an run-down black old church, All races are accepted , though most who attend are either mad, evil, or crazy.

The Church of Mlencthnar: The Church is located in the Wealthy District, it is a pretty white limestone cathedral, and all races except Undead are allowed.

The Pack of Skrukntak: The Church is Located in he slums, underneath is a passage way that leads deep in 'The Nest' only Lycans are allowed.

The Church of Morgantoth: The Church is located in The Vampire district, only Vampires are allowed.

Appearance: Long brown hair covering his face, and inch away from shoulder length. It is pushed to the left across his forehead. He wears a pair of baggy jeans, and a black long sleeve shirt to cover up scars he has from fights. He wears a pair of sneakers made for sprinting, and carries around a small bookbag almost everywhere he goes.

Weapons: a small handgun, two knives, and a sniper rifle that he can tear down and build up in moments. He keeps the sniper in his bag, and the handgun in the back of his jeans. His knives are in his pockets.

Personality: he grew up on the streets. He knows what its like. You look out for yourself, and those who would look out for you. He is extremely loyal to his friends, willing to sacrifice himself for them. However he takes what he wants. He has a conscious, and won’t do anything too morally evil. He will however do corrupt things, such as extorting money or blackmailing people. In fights he likes to avoid direct conflict. He prefers range, or sneaking around enemies. Its just his passive nature.

Bio: Matt has been a lycan for as long as he can remember. He has always had uncanny eyes and senses, being able to see and notice things others wouldn’t. He doesn’t know how he got these powers, but he thinks they may have to do with his race. He is extremely fast, and has never enjoyed conflict. He was somehow kept unaware of the war going on. His parents protected him, and trained him to become a weapon of sorts. He had never been in a real fight, but had trained for one his whole life. Then his parents were murdered. And now he is off to find the Bloody Stake, the only people who can help him find revenge.
